Who We Serve

We work with property managers, HOAs, and commercial developments throughout New Jersey.

Property Managers

Keep every building on your portfolio inspected on schedule and ready for audit. We work around your calendar, not the other way around, so inspections never become a scramble before a review.

HOAs

We work directly with your board and your Operations and Maintenance manual to keep community systems compliant, with reports written so a board can act on them without a technical background.

Commercial Developments

From a single site to a multi-property portfolio, we handle the inspection calendar so your team doesn't have to track it property by property.

About SweCo Services

A team focused on one thing: keeping your stormwater systems compliant.

About Us

SweCo Services is a team of dedicated professionals who specialize in stormwater inspections and reporting. We help properties, from residential complexes to commercial developments, meet the requirements of the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit program and New Jersey's N.J.A.C. 7:8 statute.

We build your inspection schedule around your Operations and Maintenance manual, so every visit happens on time and gets documented properly. Records are reviewed by government agencies on a regular basis, and we make sure yours are always ready.

Our reports are written in plain language and spell out exactly what repairs or maintenance your systems need. We handle the details so staying compliant is simple on your end.

Our Mission

We started SweCo Services because keeping stormwater systems in order should not be something property owners have to think about every day. We handle the inspections, catch problems early, and keep your paperwork in order, so you can avoid fines and unnecessary repairs.

When an audit happens, your records are already organized and ready to go.
